1.    THAT you are a person of full age and meet all the prescribed legal conditions for making and entering into contract and are not in any way legally incapacitated or prohibited from entering into legal contracts and accessing into any and various information that may be available and accessible  through the services of  info-tz.com.

       2.   THAT you recognize and understand the international nature of the internet and as     such you undertake to abide by all international and municipal rules and regulations that characterize, permit, and regulate the online conduct and content therein.

3.   THAT Info-tz.com is simply and only a means for connectivity and its service is essential no as-it-is-basis and accordingly info-tz.com disclaims all and any responsibility and/or liability be it direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or otherwise regarding the accuracy, authenticity, availability, or non availability, use or inability to use any contents and/or information posted, transmitted through or otherwise obtained from or through info-tz.com

4.   THAT apart from the general rules, laws, customs, traditions, practices and such other regulatory prescriptions that permit, govern and regulate the nature, description, extent of internet services;  the services of and by Info-tz.com is further governed and subject to all Telecommunication and other Information Technology industry and practices, copyrights, trademarks, patents, transmission and transfer of technology and technical data from one source or pint to another and such other intellectual property rights, advertisements, individual rights and freedoms of opinion, expression and privacy, national security, public policy on various local and international matters and public morality.

5.   THAT notwithstanding anything herein contained Info-tz.com fundamentally and strictly prohibits posting of any illegal or pornographic material including but not limited to icons, messages, voices, or pictures be it moving or otherwise and anything which by its very nature, use, application and effect is or may, in the sole opinion of Info-tz.com, be morally corrupt together with all alcoholic items and advertisements in whatever names known or called. In any event of breach of these terms, Info-tz.com exclusively reserves the sole and unfettered right to immediately and without prior notice block your account and terminate the services and not any claim for refund of any monies paid or such other consideration shall be entertained by Info-tz.com

6.   THAT the terms herein contained are subject to change and/or alteration by Info-tz.com  in any manner that Info-tz.com  may deem fit and appropriate upon giving one week prior notice.

7.   THAT any dispute that may arise as a result or in connection with your subscription to Info-tz.com shall be settled in accordance with the dispute settlement scheme established by and under the Tanzanian Communication Regulatory Act No. 12 of 2003 and enforcement of any right shall be subject to all relevant laws that relate to limitation of liabilities and actions applicable in Tanzania and if any legal action should consequently arise, each party shall pay their own legal expenses regardless of the outcome of those proceedings.
